JP Donovan Construction Inc. provided project management and coordination services for this large industrial/clean room project serving the aerospace industry in Titusville, Florida. JP Donovan Construction Inc self-performed all of the demolition work, rough grading, excavation, sub-excavation, and finish grading of the project site; rough grading, base course grading, finish grading and stripping of the parking lot area; all concrete work including: footings, foundation slab, reinforcing and pouring of 15,000 cubic yards of structural concrete for the 120’ high bay 3’ thick perimeter walls and the walls to the various bays contained within the structure. JP Donovan Construction also self-performed all the underground water and sewer utility work including 2,300 linear feet of sewer drains with manholes, 700 linear feet of storm drains, 2,000 linear feet of water and 200 feet of culverts; formed, reinforced and poured; 10,000 square feet of sidewalks, 700 linear feet of curbs, 10,000 square feet of concrete ditch paving; and 30,000 square feet of sod and 200,000 square feet of seeding.
